International Sales Manager –Based in Israel
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Market development: Identifying and developing new markets for relevant automotive applications
- Expanding relationships with existing customers
- Finding and fostering contacts with new customers
- Create opportunities for new projects
- Global business development and management, including active sales, management of distribution channel and client relationship
- Focused on achieving sales targets, results driven
Requirements
• Relevant education - plastics engineer / materials, MBA - an advantage• Knowledge of working at ethics global level for automotive industry (experience in working with Tier 1 and OEM)
• Experience in international sales and working with foreign companies
• Initiative and proactive approach
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal relationships
• Expertise in negotiation techniques
• Experience in the field of raw materials for the plastics industry with focus on thermoplastic solutions- a significant advantage.
• Fluency in English
• Readiness to travel frequently (30%)
• Assertiveness, reliability and service oriented
